There’s always a lot happening in and around Toronto, and as the weather gets warmer we’ll begin to see more and more events taking place in the city. If you’re visiting Toronto during late May and June, you’ll be treated to a host of events that celebrate the diversity, culture, and all out fun of the city.

The return of a popular film festival

The Toronto LGBT Film Festival will be returning to Toronto for its 27th annual celebration of films that inspire, challenge, and educate. The event will be taking place at TIFF Bell Lightbox from May 25 - June 4 and will include screenings, panel discussions, art shows, and other events connected with the LGBT movement. More than 35,000 people are expected to attend the festival: make sure you’re one of them!

Craft beer galore

For beer lovers, it gets no better than Ontario Craft Beer Week, which takes place from June 10 - 17. It all kicks off on June 10 with the 8th Annual Craft Beer Festival, which will be taking place at Yonge and Dundas Square. You’ll be able to try more than 100 types of beer, sample tasty food, and be entertained by the live entertainment.

Music festival

Love music? Then the NXNE Music Festival is for you. It’ll be taking place from June 23 - 25 at the Port Lands music festival site. Headlining the festival is Post Malone, Tyler the Creator, and Passion Pit, who will be supported by a host of international music talent!
