Toronto’s very own castle, Casa Loma, is hosting a magical holiday lights event this month.

Called the Holiday Lights Tour, this one-of-a-kind Christmas attraction will allow you to see Casa Loma like you’ve never seen it before.

Decked out in festive holiday decor, the Casa Loma Holiday Lights Tour features a 40-foot-tall Christmas tree, along with several other Christmas trees, all brought to life by Canadian designers.

There is also a range of indoor and outdoor activities for guests of all ages, including Santa's workshop and a self-guided tour through the gardens, walkways, and tunnels of the castle, all of which have been illuminated by stunning light displays. The lights tour is roughly two kilometres in length, and there are plenty of photo opportunities.

Live performances and food and drink will also be part of the event. The Holiday Lights Tour is almost completely outdoors, which makes it COVID-friendly. Be sure to dress for the weather and prepare to get into the holiday spirit!

Casa Loma’s Holiday Lights Tour is open from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm until December 12th. From December 13th until the 30th, the attraction will be open from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm daily.

Tickets are available on both Casa Loma’s website and on-site, however, they are $5 extra if bought in-person. There are two ticketing options available to guests: general admission which ranges from $40 to $50 per person and VIP tickets, ranging from $125 to $150. (VIP Packages include two tickets, line by-pass privileges, and a food and beverage credit that covers two drinks and two food items).

If you’re going to be in Toronto this December, then we suggest booking a ticket to Casa Loma’s unique Holiday Lights Tour. And if you need a place to stay during your trip, we’d love to have you at the Super 5 Inn Toronto. We combine family-friendly amenities and a welcoming atmosphere with unbeatable prices.
